Entries close 1/22/25 - 12 Noon AZ /MST Time

To Enter online - Fill in the entry form below, select your Class in the drop-down menu,
then select the # of Shows being entered then click the Submit button.
Payment can be made by Credit Card or PayPal

A $3.00 per dog per show processing fee will apply.  All major credit cards are accepted.
You do not need a PayPal account
If you can't fill out and submit the form below, please fill out the PDF entry form and email it to me.
Download the PDF entry form and Save it on your computer.
Fill in your dog's information
Save the form and Email it to me then click on AZ Dane Payment here or on the top Menu bar.

If you do not see the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the entry form, I won't receive your entry!
